Nestled on a sprawling 2,000-acre farm in the Texas Panhandle, I grew up against the backdrop of an expansive horizon that sparked my imagination. With no trees to obscure my view, the sky transformed into my canvas, where I spent countless hours on an open tractor, captivated by the dramatic storm clouds that rolled across the High Plains. These stunning, multihued clouds beckoned me into realms bursting with heroic adventures, fantastical creatures, and epic confrontations against formidable villains.

As a natural storyteller navigating the left-brain world of logic often felt foreign to me. My journey as a storyteller has taken me across the U.S. and beyond, engaging diverse audiences starting with schoolchildren enchanted by tales of wonder to adults seeking inspiration; empowerment and leadership skills. Plus my experience also involved captivating listeners over the radio waves.

Though writing wasn't initially on my radar, encouragement from dear friends, former classmates, and my son ignited a new passion within me. This journey into storytelling has blossomed into a dedication to crafting suspenseful, magical, and action-packed fantasy narratives that resonate deeply with readers.
